Pasta Dinner fundraiser March 18 to benefit JCC Gymnastics program

The Sam Pomeranz Jewish Community Center will hold its seventh annual Pasta Dinner fundraiser on Sunday, March 18 from 3:30–5:30 p.m. in the JCC Neulander Family Sports & Fitness Center’s Schayes Family Gymnasium. The cost is $8 for adults and $6 for children ages 4–12. Proceeds will benefit the JCC Gymnastics program. The event is open to the public and everyone is welcome. Advance sale tickets are available from the JCC’s front desk and from gymnastics team members. Tickets also will be available at the door the day of the event.

“We’re so fortunate to have a great turnout each year for our Pasta Dinner,” said Sherri Lamanna, JCC director of gymnastics, dance and preschool physical education. “It’s a great time for families to come together for a delicious meal and to get a glimpse of our program in action. Like past years, the money raised will go toward equipment needs, supplies and gymnastics meets throughout the year.”

The Pasta Dinner’s menu will consist of pasta (gluten-free pasta also available), bread and butter, salad, beverages and cookies for dessert. JCC Gymnastics students will perform various demonstrations during the event.
