The JCC's Senior Department provides a close-knit community where seniors can socialize, exercise, learn, dine and be entertained.

With partial funding from the Onondaga County Department of Aging and Youth and the New York State Office for the Aging and Administration for Community Living, the JCC provides affordable kosher meals to all seniors age 60 and older five days a week. The JCC serves over 7,000 hot kosher meals every year.

Many seniors spend hours at the JCC playing mah jongg and attending the Neulander Family Sports and Fitness Center's senior adult group exercise classes.

The JCC offers senior adults an opportunity to stay active, social and involved in the community.
